For rental companies
Rent out your cars and fill the days they sit still.
Put your fleet in front of drivers who are already searching for your dates — and keep your prices, your terms, and your customers.
Free to list · No commission on rentals
Everything you need to run the bookings side.
Every request in one place
Requests land in your dashboard and your inbox at the same time. Confirm or decline in one click — confirming blocks the dates and auto-declines the overlapping requests for you.
You set the prices
Daily rate, deposit, and your own extras — child seat, extra driver, one-way drop-off. Nothing is priced for you, and you can change it whenever you like.
See what people actually look at
Per-car views, how far down the results each car appears, and which listings turn into bookings. So you can tell a pricing problem from a photo problem.
Talk to customers directly
Every booking and every enquiry opens a chat with the customer, before and after they book. You can send them another car from your fleet right inside the conversation.
What could your fleet bring in?
Rento is new, so rather than quote you an average that isn’t ours to quote, this works from your own numbers. Set the three below and see what the arithmetic says.
That works out to
€1,200
per month, whole fleet
Over a year
€14,400
at this occupancy
Each car earns
€400
per month on its own
More cars, more revenue
The same €40/day at 10 rented days a month, across a bigger fleet.
€4,800
a year with 1 car
€14,400
a year with 3 cars
€24,000
a year with 5 cars
These are your own numbers multiplied out — gross rental revenue before your costs, and not a projection of what Rento will bring you. Actual demand depends on your city, your prices, your photos, and the time of year. Rento takes no cut of the rental itself: customers pay you directly at pick-up.
Your price is your price.
You set the rate you want to be paid, and that is the rate you are paid — to the cent. Renters pay a part of their trip online to confirm the dates; the rest you collect at your own counter, on your terms, with your contract, card or cash, exactly as you do today. Nothing is taken out of the rate you entered and there is no cut on a rental you performed. If you would rather the whole rental were paid online before the renter arrives, that is a setting you can change whenever you like. What Rento sells you is demand and the tooling around it: a listing that shows real availability, a request that arrives before the customer has phoned three of your competitors, and the analytics to see which of your cars are pulling their weight.

Get startedQuestions from rental companies
Can I list my cars on Rento?
Yes — Rento is built for registered rent-a-car companies rather than private owners. You apply with your company details, we check them, and once approved your fleet goes live. Listing is free and there is no limit on how many cars you add.
How much does it cost?
Listing your fleet and taking bookings is free. Rento never touches the rental money: the customer pays you directly at pick-up, by card or cash, exactly as they do today. The only thing you can pay for is optional sponsored placement, which puts a car in a labelled slot at the top of the results.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. Every booking arrives as a request. You confirm the ones you want and decline the rest, and nothing is committed until you confirm. Once you do, the dates are blocked across Rento so the same car cannot be double-booked.
What do I need to get started?
Your company details, and for each car a few clear photos, the daily price, and where the customer picks it up. Everything else — specs, features, extras — you can fill in as you go. Most companies have their first car live the same day.
Who handles the customer?
You do. Rento brings you the booking, the chat and the payment that confirms it; the contract, the keys, the security deposit and the car itself stay entirely between you and the renter. Your terms, your counter, your customer.
What happens to my reviews?
Only someone who actually completed a rental with you can leave one, so the score on your listings reflects real trips. You can reply to any review in public, and your company rating shows on every car you list.
